• Medication Information: Any prescription details you add, such as medication name, dosage, and schedule, are stored to provide reminders and tracking.

Your information is used exclusively to operate and improve the App's functionality. Specifically:

• To provide medication and appointment reminders.
• To display your health data and trends within the App.
• To create your personal health calendar.

Third-Party Services

CareCalendar uses trusted third-party services to function:

• Firebase (by Google): We use Firebase for secure user authentication and to store your encrypted health profile data.
• Apple HealthKit: If you grant permission, the App will access data from the Health app on your device to automatically populate your health metrics. This data is processed on your device and is subject to Apple's HealthKit privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

Your health data is stored securely using Firebase's encrypted databases. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data stored locally on your device (e.g., saved prescriptions) is protected by your device's native operating system security.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
